Responding to questions
Note that I am the only person typing or copy and pasting these messages at this time. If I spend time doing messages on other sites I will get behind on adding more studies in multiple versions, formats of sharing the gospel, and languages.
If the first version that you try to read is difficult to understand check for another version of the same study on this site that might be easier to read. If you want more information about the study that has a question in the title read the verses around the Question and Answer in the Bible. The same goes for all the formats of sharing the gospel messages on this site.
Isaiah 55:11 GNT So also will be the word that I speak—it will not fail to do what I plan for it; it will do everything I send it to do.
2 Timothy 3:16-17 GNT All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful for teaching the truth, rebuking error, correcting faults, and giving instruction for right living,
so that the person who serves God may be fully qualified and equipped to do every kind of good deed.
2 Peter 1:19-21 GNT So we are even more confident of the message proclaimed by the prophets. You will do well to pay attention to it, because it is like a lamp shining in a dark place until the Day dawns and the light of the morning star shines in your hearts.
Above all else, however, remember that none of us can explain by ourselves a prophecy in the Scriptures.
For no prophetic message ever came just from the human will, but people were under the control of the Holy Spirit as they spoke the message that came from God.
How to hear and understand the Gospel
The Lord Answers Job
Job 38:1-3 GNT Then out of the storm the Lord spoke to Job.
Job 40:6-7 GNT Then out of the storm the Lord spoke to Job once again.
Job 42:4-7 GNT You told me to listen while you spoke and to try to answer your questions.
Romans 10:14-17 GNT But how can they call to him for help if they have not believed? And how can they believe if they have not heard the message? And how can they hear if the message is not proclaimed?
And how can the message be proclaimed if the messengers are not sent out? As the scripture says, “How wonderful is the coming of messengers who bring good news!”
But not all have accepted the Good News. Isaiah himself said, “Lord, who believed our message?”
So then, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message comes through preaching Christ.
Acts 26:17-18 GNT I will rescue you from the people of Israel and from the Gentiles to whom I will send you.
You are to open their eyes and turn them from the darkness to the light and from the power of Satan to God, so that through their faith in me they will have their sins forgiven and receive their place among God’s chosen people.’
Romans 15:4-7 GNT Everything written in the Scriptures was written to teach us, in order that we might have hope through the patience and encouragement which the Scriptures give us.
And may God, the source of patience and encouragement, enable you to have the same point of view among yourselves by following the example of Christ Jesus,
so that all of you together may praise with one voice the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Here is Today’s Message
Ruth 1:3 Elimelech died, and Naomi was left alone with her two sons,
Ruth 1:9 And may the LORD make it possible for each of you to marry again and have a home.” So Naomi kissed them goo-bye. Buy they started crying
Ruth 1:11 “You must go back, my daughters,” Naomi answered. “Why do you want to come with me? Do you think I could have sons again for you to marry?
Ruth 1:16 But Ruth answered, “Don’t ask me to leave you! Let me go with you. Where you go, I will go; wherever you live, I will live. Your people will be my people, and your God will be my God.
Ruth 2:3 So Ruth went out to the fields and walked behind the workers, picking up the heads of grain which they left. It so happened that she was in a field that belonged to Boaz.
Ruth 2:9 watch them to see where they are reaping and stay with them, I have ordered my men not to molest you. And whenever you are thirsty, go and drink from the water jars that they have filled.”
Ruth 2:11 Boaz answered, “I have heard about everything that you have done for your mother-in-law since your husband died. I know how how you left your father and mother and your own country and how you came to live among a people you have never known before.
Ruth 2:16 Besides that, pull out some heads of grain from the bundles and leave them for her to pick up.”
Ruth 3:3 So wash yourself, put on some perfume; and get dressed in your best clothes. Then go where he is threshing, but don’t let him know you are there until he has finished eating and drinking.
Ruth 3:9 “Who are you?” he asked. “It’s Ruth, sir,” she answered. “Because you are a close relative, you are responsible for taking care of me. So please marry me.”
Ruth 3:11 Now don’t worry, Ruth, I will do everything you ask; as everyone in town knows, you are a fine woman.
Ruth 3:16 When she arrived home, her mother-in-law asked her, “How did you get along, daughter?” Ruth told her everything that Boaz had done for her.
Ruth 4:3 he said to his relative, “Now that Naomi has come back from Moab, she wants to sell the field that belonged to to our relative Elimelech,
Ruth 4:9 Then Boaz said to the leaders and all the others there, “You are all witnesses today that I have bought from Naomi everything that belonged to Elimelech and to his sons Chilion and Mahlon.
Ruth 4:11 The leaders and the others said, “Yes, we are witnesses. May the LORD make your wife become like Rachel and Leah, who bore many children to Jacob. May you become rich in the clan of Ephrath and famous in Bethlehem.
Ruth 4:16 Naomi took the child, held him close, and took care of him.
