Responding to questions
Note that I am the only person typing or copy and pasting these messages at this time. If I spend time doing messages on other sites I will get behind on adding more studies in multiple versions, formats of sharing the gospel, and languages.
If the first version that you try to read is difficult to understand check for another version of the same study on this site that might be easier to read. If you want more information about the study that has a question in the title read the verses around the Question and Answer in the Bible. The same goes for all the formats of sharing the gospel messages on this site.
Isaiah 55:11 WFT So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.
2 Timothy 3:16-17 WFT All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness,
that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.
2 Peter 1:19-21 WFT And so we have the prophetic word confirmed, which you do well to heed as a light that shines in a dark place,
until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts;
knowing this first, that no prophesy of Scripture is of any private interpretation,
for prophecy never came by the will of man, but holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Spirit.
How to hear and understand the Gospel
The LORD Reveals His omnipotence to Job
Job 38:1-2 Then the LORD answered Job out of the whirlwind, and said;
“Who is this who darkens counsel By words without knowledge?
God’s Challenge to Job
Job 40:6-7 Then the LORD answered Job out of the whirlwind, and said;
“Now prepare yourself like a man; I will question you, and you shall answer Me;
Job 42:4-7 Listen, please, and let me speak; You said, ‘I will question you, and you shall answer Me.’
“I have heard of You by the hearing of the ear, But know my eye sees you.
Therefore I abhor myself, And repent in dust and ashes.”
And so it was, after the LORD had spoken these words to Job, that the LORD said to Eliphaz the Temanite, “My wrath is aroused against you and your two friends, for you have not spoken of Me what is right, as My servant Job has.
Israel Rejects the Gospel
Romans 10:14-17 How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher?
And how shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written; “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace, Who bring glad tidings of good things!”
But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Isaiah says, “LORD, who has believed our report?”
So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
Acts 26:17-18 I will deliver you from the Jewish people, as well as from the Gentiles, to whom I now send you,
to open their eyes, in order to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in Me.’
Romans 15:4-7 For whatever things were written before were written for our learning, that we through the patience and comfort of the Scriptures might have hope.
Now may the God of patience and comfort grant you to be like-minded toward one another, according to Christ Jesus, that you may with one mind and one mouth glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Glorify God Together
Therefore receive one another, just as Christ also receive us, to the glory of God.
Here is Today’s message
The definition of fear in this verse means dread, that ought to be feared, terribleness, terror
The number 4172 means a fear, terror.
And day and night Shall not cease.”
Genesis 9:1-7 So God blessed Noah and his sons, and said to them: Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth.
And the fear of you and the dread of you shall be on every beast of the earth, on every bird of the air, on all that move on the earth, and on all the fish of the sea. They are given into your hand.
Every moving thing that lives shall be food for you. I have given you all things, even as the green herbs,
But you shall not eat flesh with its life, that is, its blood.
Surely for your lifeblood I will demand a reckoning; from the hand of every beast I will require it, and from the hand of man. From the hand of every man’s brother I will require the life of man.
“Whoever sheds man’s blood, By man his blood shall be shed; For in the image of God He made man,
And as for you, be fruitful and multiply; Bring forth abundantly in the earth, And multiply in it.
Psalm 9:19-20 Arise, O LORD, Do not let man prevail; Let the nations be judged in Your sight.
Put them in fear, O LORD, That the nations may know themselves to be but men. Selah
Fear God, Heed His Word
Isaiah 8:11-15 For the Lord spoke thus to me with a strong hand, and instructed me that I should not walk in the way of this people saying:
“Do not say, ‘A conspiracy,’ Concerning all that this people call a conspiracy, Nor be afraid of their threats, nor be troubled.
The LORD of hosts, Him you shall hallow; Let Him be your fear, And let Him be your dread.
He will be as a sanctuary, But a stone of stumbling and a rock of offense To both the houses of Israel, As a trap and a snare to the inhabitants of Jerusalem.
And many among them shall stumble; They shall fall and be broken, Be snared and taken,”
Malachi 1:6-11 “A son honors his father, And a servant his master. If then I am the Father, Where is my honor? And if I am a Master, Where is My reverence? Says the LORD of hosts To you priests who despise My name, Yet you say, ‘In what way have we despised Your name?’
“You offer defiled food on My altar, But say, In what way have we defiled You?’ By saying, The table of the LORD is contemptible.’
And when you offer the blind as a sacrifice , Is it not evil? And when you offer the lame and sick, Is it not evil? Offer it then to your governor! Would he be pleased with you? Would he accept you favorably?” Says the LORD of hosts.
But now entreat God’s favor, That He may be gracious to us, While this is being done by your hands, Will he accept you favorably?” Says the LORD of hosts.
Who is there even among you who would shut the doors, So that you would not kindle fire on My altar in vain? I have no pleasure in you.” Says the LORD of hosts. Nor will I accept an offering from your hands.
For from the rising of the sun, even to its going down, My name shall be great among the Gentiles; In every place incense shall be offered to My name, And a pure offering; For My name shall be great among the nations.” Says the LORD of hosts.
Malachi 2:3-8 Behold, I will rebuke your descendants And spread refuse on your faces, The refuse of your solemn feasts; and one will take you away with it.
Then you shall know that I have sent this commandment to you, That my covenant with Levi may continue,” Says the LORD of hosts.
“My covenant was with him, one of life and peace, And I gave them to him that he might fear Me: So he feared Me And was reverent before my name.
The law of truth was in his mouth, And injustice was not found on his lips. He walked with Me in peace and equity, And turned many away from iniquity.
For the lips of priest should keep knowledge, And people should seek the law from his mouth; For he is the messenger of the LORD of hosts.
But you departed from the way; You have caused many to stumble at the law, You have corrupted the covenant of Levi,” Says the LORD of hosts
