Responding to questions

Note that I am the only person typing or copy and pasting these messages at this time. If I spend time doing messages on other  sites I will get behind on adding more studies in multiple versions, formats of sharing the gospel, and languages.

If the first version that you try to read is difficult to understand check for another version of the same study on this site that might be easier to read. If you want more information about the study that has a question in the title read the verses around the Question and Answer in the Bible. The same goes for all the formats of sharing the gospel messages on this site.

Isaiah 55:11 GNB So also will be the word that I speak —it will not fail to do what I plan for it; it will do everything I send it to do.

2 Timothy 3:16-17 GNB All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful for teaching the truth, rebuking error, correcting faults, and giving instruction for right living,

so that the person who serves God may be fully qualified and equipped to do every kind of good deed.

2 Peter 1:19-21 GNB So we are even more confident of the message proclaimed by the prophets. You will do well to pay attention to it, because it is like a lamp shining in a dark place until the Day dawns and the light of the morning star shines in your hearts.

Above all else, however, remember that no one can explain by himself or herself a prophecy in the Scriptures.

For no prophetic message ever came just from human will, but people were under the control of the Holy Spirit as they spoke the message that came from God.

How to hear and understand the Gospel

The LORD Answers Job

Job 38:1-2 Then out of the storm the LORD spoke to Job.

The LORD
Who are you to question my wisdom with your ignorant, empty words?

Job 40:6-7 Then out of the storm the LORD spoke to Job once again.

The LORD
Stand up straight now, and answer my questions.

Job 42:4-7 You told me to listen while you spoke and to try to answer your questions.

In the past I knew only what others had told me, but now I have seen you with my own eyes.
So I am ashamed of all I have said and repent in dust and ashes.
Conclusion
After the LORD had finished speaking to Job, he said to Eliphaz, “I am angry with you and your two friends, because you did not speak the truth about me, as my servant Job did.

Romans 10:14-17 But how can they call to him for help if they have not believed? And how can they believe if they have not heard the message? And how can they hear if the message is not proclaimed?

And how can the message be proclaimed if the messengers are not sent out? As the scripture says, “How wonderful is the coming of messengers who bring good news!”

But not all have accepted the Good News. Isaiah himself said, “Lord, who believed our message?”

So then, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message comes through preaching Christ.

Acts 26:17-18 I will rescue you from the people of Israel and from the Gentiles to whom I will send you.

You are to open their eyes and turn them from the darkness to the light and from the power of Satan to God, so that through their faith in me they will have their sins forgiven and receive their place among God’s chosen people.’

Romans 15:4-7 For whatever was written in earlier times was written for our instruction, so that through perseverance and the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope.

Now may the God who gives perseverance and encouragement grant you to be of the same mind with one another according to Christ Jesus,

so that with one accord you may with one voice glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Therefore, accept one another, just as Christ also accepted us to the glory of God.
